Hi Carmen!
Oh my gosh, we had the best time!! I just adore NY - I'll be
calling you forever trying to book long weekends there!
The hotel was great! The bathrooms were amazing, might be
the biggest and best in NY I've ever seen!
The rooms were super spacious and everything great. There
was still construction going on downstairs for a restaurant
that was all closed off, so they are still a work in
progress just so you know. There was other construction next
door which is going on right now that was really loud in the
morning, but they didn't start until about 9 am and finished
dinner time, so "welcome to NY!" as they say, so can't
complain there! :)
I still say it's a bit on the modern side for my own NY
personal tastes, but by ALL means would stay there again
most happily and recommend it to many as a GREAT option and
the construction looks almost done. I think others will LOVE
the look, the white leather couches in the room, the sleek
design --- I'm just a sentimental old New Yorker at heart
but it's really super NICE!!!!! It's on a really quiet, nice
street, hard to believe you are just two blocks from Times
Square which was super fun for us! We saw the Chris Rock
play and the Robin Williams play and just had the best time!
Tell your friend the hotel was LOVELY, super cool and great,
we appreciated the bottle of birthday wine a LOT, the
service was perfect at the desk - a major "woo hoo", thumbs
UP on the hotel! Thank you so much for everything you did to
arrange it.

Hi Carmen,
We had a wonderful time. The Cedar Gables Inn was great! I
would
definitely recommend it to people who like the old Victorian
vibe.
Wood paneling....deep red carpeting, very clean rooms. The
innkeepers were wonderful, not intrusive, yet there for
anything. A split of champagne in the room when we got there
with a Happy Birthday note....thank YOU.
Truly comfortable and welcoming.
Peter and I had great fun touring the vineyards. Don't think
I've ever had wine from starting at noon and continuing all
day. The area was beautiful, even in rainy weather where the
fog and mist covered the hills.
It was romantic, fun, relaxing.....we both wished for
another day.

Hi Irene,
We just got back from Argentina and wanted to thank you and
Elizabeth/Sagitar Tours so much for arranging a great trip
for our family. Everything went perfectly well. Hugo and his
guide Lucricia were just great. Everything on time, all
major attractions of the region were included and just
fantastic. Cesar Park was a great hotel in a perfect
location. Iguazu Grand too, but had a bit of construction.
They told us they where getting ready for New Years
celebrations for next year. Colonia, Uruguay was a nice
diversion for the day and overall all perfect.
Again, we thank you for another great vacation.

Hi Pat,
So nice to hear from you. Richard and I had our best, most
adventurous cruise ever!!!! Alaska is like no other place in
the world (that we have visited, anyway) as far as natural
wonder and beauty. We took a helicopter ride to the top of a
glacier and went on a walk-about for a mile or so (so
exciting), we took a catamaran into the Misty Fjord and flew
back in a float plane (what scenery), we visited an eagle
preserve floating down a river in a river raft then had a
picnic in the woods, not to mention the scenery from the
ship and the floating ice all around us....on and on..... It
was an unbelievable experience and the weather was perfect!
I've been telling everyone I know to save their pennies.
They must go to Alaska. If I get a chance to go over the
zillion pictures I took, I'll send you some.
Thank you sooooo much for arranging our trip and giving us
tips on what to do. Everything worked out great!

Dear Irene,
We want to let you know what a fabulous, wonderful trip
we had. Not one hiccup! Your knowledge of the area &
sensitivity to what you thought we might like were
exceptional! Thank you for being patient with us, and

individual tour guides were just outstanding, and
personal. We had a blast with the Aussies & English on
our Poland tour-all doing a heritage trip. I am visiting

I am finally getting used to my own time zone, and wanted to
take time to thank you for the “welcome aboard” treats that
were delivered to our cabin on the Celebrity “Infinity”. I
appreciate your thoughtfulness.
I also received your thank you note on my return – I have to
say that I have been working locally with a travel agent
since about 2000, and arranged travel each year until 2008,
and she has never followed up after trips, your attention is
appreciated. If you don’t mind working with someone in the
eastern time zone, I would be happy to keep you in my
contact list, in case I need help in the future. Of course
after a trip to Alaska, that may be sometime off in the

Terry and I had a fantastic time on our Venice/SeaDream
vacation.
Definitely a memorable trip.

Just wanted to give you a little update about our Honeymoon
trip to Hawaii.
First, the Wedding was amazing, everything was perfect.
The trip you planned for us was the most amazing trip, it
was a millions times more magical and perfect than I could
have ever dreamed of! You set us up at a great resort, we
had great service everywhere we went (we thought that they
might have thought we were some sort of celebrities)!
We had the most amazing Ocean Front rooms, an awesome
convertible and tasty champagne and strawberries! Thank you

I just wanted to thank you for all your assistance with
bookings, transfers, renewal ceremony, dinners, flights etc.
Everything went as planned. There was not one thing that we

I wanted to take a moment to commend
Maureen to you. As you know Maureen handles much of the
travel for American Humane Film & Television Unit and has
spent many, many hours, days and weeks successfully riding
herd on the myriad, often complex and time-challenging
requirements we put to her. Recently Karen Rosa,
Vice-President of the Film & TV Unit and I travelled to
England, and once again, presented Maureen with complicated
requests.
Maureen, as usual, not only diligently and cheerfully
managed to fulfill our desires but went above and beyond by
anticipating things we didn’t even know we might need or
want. She found us a nice hotel in a very good area that
actually fit our non-profit budget (astounding!) made sure
that we flew on an airline and at a time that allowed me to
attach a visit to my 89 year-old mother onto the tail end of
the business trip with very little increase in cost
(now-a-days?
Astonishing!) and even arranged for transit passes for the
two of us without which, let me assure you, our ability to
effectively get around London would have been hampered to
say the least (who knew!?) - and which saved us money by
allowing to get to the airport by Underground rather than
expensive taxi (made us look good to headquarters, even if
dragging our suitcases on that first set of stairs was not
fun).
Maureen is a joy to work with, a true professional, and a
trusted and effective resource to all of us at the Film & TV
Unit.
I hope that you might take a moment to let her know from us
how much we value her, as I’m sure you must as well.

We are home from our two week vacation in Hong Kong,
Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. I wanted to give you
feedback on our experience. I can easily sum it up in two
words - "YOU ROCK!!!!"
The Asian tour company you chose to work with was awesome.
Great high level, attention to detail and highly personal
service. We were always well if not over- covered and lots
of luxurious maintenance. Hotels were amazing. Flights were
seamless. We had a great time and we have traveled enough to
